We have chosen to use Go Sweet Spot to help us with our postage services across NZ and Internationally. They work by choosing the most efficient courier company to get packages door to door. We process your order and they will automatically send you up to date track and trace details as your parcel moves closer to being delivered to your door.

- New Zealand Non-Rural: $7.99 NZD
- New Zealand Rural: $12.50 NZD

International orders

We are now shipping internationally to Australia, United Kingdom and USA. All our products are weighed and shipping costs will be decided at checkout depending on weight of package. We have a limit of 2kg for Australia and 1kg for both United Kingdom and USA.

- 0kg-2kg: $29.99 NZD

Pricing as follow for United Kingdom and USA:
- 0kg-0.4kg: $29.99 NZD
- 0.4kg-0.6kg: $36.99 NZD
- 0.6kg-0.8kg: $41.99 NZD
- 0.8kg-1kg: $46.99 NZD

Please notify us via email if your country isn’t available for shipping and we will see what we can do to add it as a international option. 

All prices used on our website are $ NZD.

For international orders you may be required to pay duty tax on your orders. Please ensure you are aware of the possible charges you may incur in order to release your goods.

If your parcel is returned to us because of incorrect address, non collection from depot or failure to pay for customs will result in a return for your original order amount. Zus & Co reserve the right to charge $60NZD to cover costs for processing and any inbound/outbound freight costs.

Please make sure your order is correct. There are no order changes or cancellations once the order has been placed. Customs duties & taxes are the responsibility of the customer being you for all countries - if you refuse your parcel at customs due to the fees your order will be destroyed by customs and will not be refunded by Zus & Co.

FAQs

When will my order be sent?

Our packing team aim to have all orders packed within 3 days of you completing your purchase online. When your item is picked up by our courier, please allow 3-10 working days for domestic shipping times in NZ and 3-20 working days internationally. 

What if my product is damaged?

Contact our return team via email at hello@zusandco.co.nz as we work on a case by case basis. We will email through a return form for you to complete and post with your returning products. Please be sure to view our Refund and Returns Policy.

My question is not addressed?

If you have any questions regarding a refund that is not listed above please contact us via email at hello@zusandco.co.nz. Do not DM us regarding returns on our socials as they won't be answered.
